Right click anywhere on your screen in MPC-BE, and go to Shaders -> Select Shaders. Sharpen Complex 2, which is included in the MP-BE installation, is a good one. Then you're also going to want to look at shaders. madVR as your video renderer (install madVR, go to MPC-BE settings, click on "video", and choose madVR and restart MPC-BE) madVR uses your GPU to decode the video, so you can make use of your 1060.
